I'm pretty much down to either the UA Apollo 16 or the Lnyx Aurora 16.
Both are $3k new, but the Apollo opens up the possibilities of their world class plugins.
Honestly, I'm still probably a year away from making this purchase, but I like to plan ahead.

I think all the tones and levels are great, but what really gets me is the drum room sound. Is that your room? Great natural sounding decay. Wish I had a live room like that.

Also, can you share the bass chain? I'm a bass player primarily and I really like that bass tone. Nice, warm and fat!

thanks for the critiques guys. I'm not really sure how to go about making the vocal sound more full. I have a de-esser feature on the plugin the lead vox are going thru, and it's enabled.
