Machines and instruments don't make records. People do. That's fucking profound! Also, it is our attitudes that define our level of professionalism. Dude that wants to say "screw those guys, they NEED me" is putting out the wrong energy (not to sound too froo-froo), but that shit comes back to you....

Oktava Mic Mods
Long time lurker... Anybody here have any experience with the Michael Joly Oktava Mic mods? Just wondering about the 319 FD and the 219 mods: if anybody has gotten those mics modded and if so, how big was the difference, and then, if you are truly finding real world applications for the mics compare...
