What's your mic selection? Generally, for something like this, I'd do some omnis really high, drums behind the choir (if possible, otherwise maybe a drum shield), and an XY cardioid pair right in front of the choir. Also, how is the organ being handled? Most of the time, a choir won't need too much ...

Anybody have a comparison between Fathead and Fathead II? I'm eyeballing those Blumlein pairs that they have in the offer.
