I have two of these with -10db pads and cardioid caps. They come in the little plastic cigar box type things, but are sans the little silver clips.
Located in Tallahassee, FL 32303. Would prefer shipping to the States but will consider international.

It's a dead link, I just tried it from the original e-deals email, perhaps because the offer ended a few days ago. I dunno, but I just ordered 2 Blumlein pairs of Fathead IIs today. Someone on Gearslutz posted a link to a Cascade e-special where they're selling them for $349 pair with the case, mounts and Blumlein bar.
