i prefer the first album to the second, but yeah holy cow is right! black mountain are one of the only unapologetically RAWKing bands out there right now! god bless em! where did all the quality rock bands go?

i much prefer "Time of the Last Persecution" to his self titled. There's too much going on on the s/t, overblown.

I'm loving the record too!
