I ended up with a Central Station a couple years ago. Pretty cheap used, handy, and reliable. The remote has a super long cable and is really convenient.

I do something similar....but I plugins and outboard gear together. I just record to a new stereo track. You can always split them later if you want multiple mono tracks. Why record to two mono tracks instead of a stereo track? That's what i do. I don't think the track actually exists as a true ste...

I like to print my OTB mix back into a ProTools stereo track and then combine the Left and Right audio files from the audio files folder. Any suggestions for programs to do that in? Not fond of bouncing.

What do you do???
