Re: Tascam 38?? Watching the wheels turn
This is a fantastic no frills 8 track- 300 bucks is a good deal I have one. the transport is finicky if it doesn't get used often enough, the parts dry out. I had a factory refurbish done for 200 bucks and it been a work horse ever since, they replaced the puck..oiled things..best money spent- downs...

odd neumann finish question, seen this problem anyone?
I just bought a pair of nickel km184's used. one of them looks like it has them manege. the finish is just peeling and coming off !!, not the metal but the overcoat. What the fuck? all I have to do is run my finger nail very lightly against it and it scratches right off. this includes the silk scree...

Re: The Zombies....
My 2 cents-
this will be our year is the outstanding trck-
How in the world did they get such a great sound on CB's voice? I know most of it is just the way he sings but its so thick sounding?
Brian was out of it, Paul was Jelous-
George Harrison gave the Zombies props though, I've heard that

The pick ups are just amazing, they are not like gibson P90's sort of cleaner alnico's with a built in compressor. I best kept secret around..buy this guitar- the ...
