Looking for Studio Sound 'Designing a Studio Mixer' Articles
Hi all I have the EQ article and did a proto a few years ago, sounded very nice, typically 70s, fat, big sound. I only have part 5 (Nov 71), does anyone have the others on a dusty shelf? I'm guessing Aug 71 til Jan/Feb 72. The series was written by Peter Levesley and it might make a nice pre-amp/EQ ...

Do you have a higher res scheme of the balancing circuit..? Right click on the drawing & either "View" or "Save" I love the 3D rendering, what programme do you use for it? I use Traxmaker for PCB design, tried to do Kicad which has a render engine built into it but could not get it running properly...

Try Omeg for smaller quantities of pots www.omeg.co.uk Their min quantity is 25 & they are very reasonably priced. ( about $1-00 each for std items) I have used them quite often, they are plastic conductive units & work very well. & you can order nice extras like PCB brackets for a small fee. Centre...

Tubes? Does it hum with a shorted plug plugged into the input? Take out the toobs & turn the amp on. Is there any hum in the speaker? This means that the output transformer is picking up mains from the power transformer via the chassis. I use plumbers washers about 3 or 4 mm thick to lift the output...
