For folks in South Philly - I've gone to Venuti's at 13th and Shunk for drum heads (215-336-2698). Their selection is by no means extensive, but if you're in a pinch it can be a life saver. They may be able to order stuff ahead of time if need be. It's a sad, sad state of affairs in this city.
