if you do that then the paint wont chip as easily....

Man I love the tranzport... if you record yourself on drums its definately a help so you dont have to hit record on the computer, run behind the set, put on the cans, and try to get in the groove, etc.... i dont remember what i was saying but i definately love the tranzport

i would say go with the Alesis AI3 or the Frontier Tango 24 that way you have 24 bit conversion rather than 16 or 20 bit that you would get with an ADAT, but thats only if you already have some good pres to run it with... if you dont, i would personally go with the octo cuz it is sweet
