The jensen reissues are OK.... after some break in time. The Webers that I suggested will be outside of your budget if you want to bring the cab in under 100 bucks....

I have used different flavors of the Weber Vintage 10A150 models. I have a cab with 1 alnico and 1 ceramic in in it.... which is cool live and I can move the mic around when recording to get a lot of variation.....

I had a similar problem as a result of playing pedal steel in a rehearsal room with a really sloped floor. I went dedicated reverb box with an Eventide 2016... great but pricey. I like the TC M 300.... in the bargain price range. some of the older roland units go cheap nowadays....

All of the G&L stuff.... high end to low end is great..... The Ibanez Roadstars +1..... If you want wierd, there are some cheap, really ugly Kay and Harmony solid bodies out there still....look for the big chrome humbucker sized pickup with the smooth top.

You might look for some NOS Tung-Sol 5881 tubes.... not as pricey as RCA blackplates, and damn near as good..... I found a pair for $50.00
recently... put em in my early 62 Bassman.... great.
