I would consider a high-pressure steam cleaner. Than I would reject that option. Same with Orange Blast, and carborator cleaner. And consistent with the above, the hard drive speed ( ex. , 5,200 RPM vs. 7,200 RPM) and bus speed ( ex. , 100 vs. 133 FSB) and whether your IDE is DMA or UDMA , etc. are also factors, amongst, I am sure, various others.. I tried "industrial strength" double-stick tape and can give you one word of advice (a contraction, actually) about using it.

Speaking of the Pumpkins and compression, this past weekend I heard Bullet With Butterfly Wings on the local (Joliet, IL) "all hard-rock and nu-metal rap-crap" station. Sounded like the chorus dived 6dB because of the dynamics and compression...
