Looks like a 3-pin din connector. Some old Shure mics used those, and some other companies too (Amperite for example). Got this mic on eBay shipped from Ukraine. Thought from the pictures that it was an XLR connector - but it's not. Nor is it mini-xlr (those are too small.)
