Re: i'm too tired to rock
To they guy who is psyched that he left his job and his since recorded three songs. I say good for you. Though I know my extended period of unemployement started out as "living the dream" but ended up being counterproductive and self-esteem sapping. Sort of like eating dessert for every meal. I shou...

The challege is finding the energy to work, excercise and then go to my studio and record. At the end of every day I want to go home and veg. I don't like this. How do yo...

Re: small speakers?
I believe the radio shack speakers are RCA now. Same thing basically, you just gotta make sure to get the ones that are the minimus7 copies. Yeah. I was told that the 'Shack bought the RCA name. I guess it is more reconizable and trusted than Realistic. But that causes confusion for a guy like me w...

Re: small speakers?
I would like to get a pair of Tivoli extension speakers. Not sure which type of jacks they have. Need to look into it. My brother has the Tivoli Mono FM radio and it sounds awesome. Add the extension speaker and it becomes stereo. Perhaps it is not crappy enough for your needs but has a tight bass a...

Re: Conan
Conan once dispatched a guy in black leotards who went up to celebrities and said "pubes" and ran away. This was three years ago. It was then I thought to myself, "OK, I think I like this guy" Plus Triumph. C'mon. And musical guests like Ted Leo, Modest Mouse, Lambchop. I feel like he is looking out...

If niether mechanic can produce keys go on record with the police department about this. I did ask the mechanic who dro...

Sundazed Music - Lost CD's
Looking to trade CD-R's. Read on: My van got stolen and my case logic CD binder was in it. I lost 50-75 of my most favorite CD's. http://messageboard.tapeop.com/viewtopic.php?t=17226 A lot of the stuff I can probably burn off of my friends. However I am most heart broken over the fact that man...

Re: Reamping
as far as i know (which isn't much) you can use just any old passive di as a reamp, a transformer is a transformer whether operating forward or backward, you may have to build or buy new cables with the proper connections to accomodate, but the volume control on the reamp proper is nice to have for...
