it rather resembles a number of saltine crackers several weeks in age, being held together by a rubber band.

download the legacy MIDI controller drivers.

you then need to find out what MIDI channels the messages are on, and be able to reprogram the keys on the controller to send the approprite messages.

on the CS-10 template, the faders are channel 16, 61-69(first 8 faders)

yes. but only if the sessions use windows compatible audio files. IE: NOT SDII files. You will need to use .wav or .aiff format audio.

Your technique for creating rich reversed cymbals/drums?

Think: The Scorpions: Rock You Like a hurricane, or Motley Crue: Wild Side...thats what im after and im having little success making it sound good. it comes out harsh and washy without the dramtic buildup effect that im after.

any hints?
thanks.

its the emperor x. Despite being one of the thickest snare heads made, it has more overtones than any other head ive ever heard. The regular reverse coated dot, or an ambassador should do the trick.

probably not a PT issue, most likely OSX bugging out a little bit.

try restarting...i used to have this problem on an ibook in PT and other programs.

Also make sure that PT isnt changing your "Save To" folder or location.
