HAHA... man, Elf-Metal rules. Check out Rhapsody or Dragonforce for starters if you wanna get into Elf-Metal. What I was kinda looking to do for production on the drums was something like what Embrace Today did on there 'Fuck you I'm Edge' album: http://www.xembracetodayx.com/downloads/mp3/fyie.mp3 ...

I was wondering if there are any fellow metal kids, or hardcore kids, or black, death and grind ...

I think brightening it up a little was a good move. I think it's a pretty good recording and dose fit the music very well. I would be interested to know what you did for the drums?

Yea... ok. Meanwhile back in the real world, PC's are still typicaly cheaper to set up to run audio. Both pc's and macs have there non-compatable-stuff issues, and just as long as your not buying a shitbox (Dell, Gateway, Compaq, HP, etc...) you should see your system crash at about the same rate as...

I've never used the API's but I did pick up a CL Germ a little while ago, and I am pretty happy with it. Lots of clarity, and beef, however I will say that I have found alot of the reviews to be over stated. Still it's a prett awesome pre, and works well for overheads, as well as clean and distorted...
