Neotek Elite oscillator and mute/logic schematics

Anyone have copies of these they can share? I haven't had any luck locating them on the net.

Thanks,
Eddie

Those look really nice, what do they sound like? I'm not familiar with the sound of Urei pres. Do you make any other gear?

LLM for third party interfaces simply disables software monitoring for record enabled tracks assigned to analogue 1-2. If you enable LLM you will need to use your software mixer (sapphire, cuemix etc) to route the input to the output to give the near zero latency monitoring. Here's a link to the thr...

like mattcastore mentioned, have you checked the cuemix 424(pci) card outputs? i've never tried pt10, but when running 9 i always have to make sure that all of the outputs and inputs are right on the cuemix pci controller and then again on the protools engine. my guess is that output 1-2 is perhaps...

Update: So I went into the I/O settings and I seem to have gotten almost everything to work correctly. However, now there is a new problem. While tracking on channels 1-2, I can't monitor the signal, it's recording, I can see the waveform being created but can't hear it. Once I'm done recording, upo...

Have you gone into your I/O setup and checked it out?

MOTU 24io and Pro Tools 10 Help

I'm running PT10 with a MOTU 24io and for some reason it's not enabling the inputs/outputs on channels 3-6. All the rest 1-2, 7-24 seem to be working with no trouble. When I choose those channels no signal is output from them even though the meters on the PT screen show them as playing. The hardware...

I spoke to a friend of mine and he said that currently since protools isn't optimized for 64 bit architecture it doesn't use more than 4 gigs of ram. I'll probably go with 8 gigs for now.

Thanks for your input folks.

How much memory?

I just got a Mac Pro 2x2.66 and will be running Pro Tools 10. How much total RAM should I install? I usually run 24 bit 44.1, but am thinking of going with 88.2. Most projects are from 10-30 tracks, not too many plugins. I don't want to buy more than I need but don't want to end up short either. I w...

You know I remember reading on here someone mentioning for some bands, being in the studio is like a vacation for them, away from work or a daily routine, so they want to go hours and hours, stay up all night etc....they forget that for some people this is their job. So at times you have to remind t...

Anything greater than 10 hours and it is tough. All of a sudden you start forgetting, where to disengage mutes, a fader move...there have been a few marathon sessions but not many.

I've had a few in fact last weekend I had somewhat of an "oh shit" moment.... I was working with a band that was recording most of their tracks live to tape and even though I swear I hit the play and record buttons, I must not have...so the band rolled through a really good take of a song and when w...
