Okay, so I've got low and high bandwidth version of a few of my band's songs ready to upload to my new band site. I pulled them off the CD and then extracted them in Itunes on my Mac. But here's a question. When I play them on my windows computer (this one here), there's no band information, etc. How do I get Windows Media Player (or Realplayer, for that matter) to show my band's name, the song name and a copyright in the "clip" "author" and "copyright" regions? OR, where else can I store copyright info, etc. so that if people download my file and trade it, the recipients will at least know who it is?
Thanks.

Re: getting mp3s ready for prime time
ID3 tags are used to store that information in MP3 files. There may be a way to tag the files in Itunes (I never liked that app so I don't know). There are lots of little utilities for the Mac that can edit them - try searching for 'ID3' at http://www.versiontracker.com or http://www.macupdate.com.
