Doesn't LE 6.2 have the "Save Session Copy" or "Save Session As" commands under the file menu? Open the session, click file, open this window, and look for the little drop down tab that lets you select PT 5.0, 4.3, etc. This feature has been included for quite some time.

correct.. when you save the session in 6.1, save it as a pro tools 5.0 session and it should load fine on your os9 machine..
