anyone know if the Burr-Brown INA217
and
Analog Devices SSM2019


chips will replace the ones in the mbox (original version)?

Ch2 sounds a little fuller and is a little hotter. I usually use electric guitars over acoustics in A/B tests, I have more of an ear for that kind of stuff.

Ch 2 was the modded channel. Somebody should see if the MBox and 002 have the same type of preamp IC's.
