What platform are you running on? Which version of Pluggo did you install? With Digital Performer, it is preferable to run Lowender as an Audiounit, for which DP has native support, rather than as a VST inside the VST Wrapper. And please note, as explained in the Lowender docs, that with Pluggo you must run AudioUnit Scan, a utility application installed by the Pluggo framework.

I'm always happy to help users troubleshoot, but I won't always catch their issues if they get posted on forums.

We have a feedback form here, to ensure that we get the information we need to help fix any issues:

Cheers,
Leigh

Wow. I mean I knew that a lot of people on here are doing serious serious stuff, but this just kind of brought it home for me.

Cool man. I'm jealous. Let me know if you ever land a Robert Walter session and I'll clean your bathrooms for free just to be in the building with that guy.

Thanks! I just found your post here, sorry for the delay in response... I did find the SOS article a few weeks back and I was real happy about that.

It is finally done, after a long series of false starts...

Lowender VST for Windows

Mac VST, AU, and RTAS are still running as Pluggo for now, but the native Mac VST and AU versions will be released very soon.

Then, the final frontier, RTAS for Mac and Windows, gets tackled...

cheers,
Leigh

Sorry, I meant to respond to this before but it's been a busy week!

Lowender for RTAS will hopefully happen soon, without too much pain. Progress so far has been good.

And then, yes, on to other plug-ins! I have a couple that are more-or-less ready, waiting in the hopper. We should touch base and see where your thoughts are with your plug-in ideas these days. For some of them we might need a physics genius or two, to help with the heavy-duty math behind the emulations... anyone?

Lowender native RTAS / Audiosuite is done.

Since we already got the VST and AU versions done, this completes all the native formats, and Lowender is now 100% Pluggo-free.

Thank you for your patience. Now that we know what we're doing, the next one won't take so long!

There is a demo download for both Mac and Windows.

You just have to, *ahem*, READ THE WORDS on the website.

awesome!
I am blown away by what this does. It even sounds good on a full mix (if used lightly). I am sooooo getting this with my next paycheck.
