Where in the hell do I find the parts to recap my power supply!?!

65v 1000uF capacitors? CANNOT FIND THEM.

Make sure you know whether they are electrolytics, ceramics, etc.

+1 for Mouser. Digikey tacks on a $5 handling charge on orders under $25. Also, Mouser's website is easier to find stuff on.


Bear in mind, if you can't find a 65V cap, it's O.K. to use one rated for a higher voltage (i.e. 1000uF 100V). The circuit won't care. In fact, it might even be happier.
