Anyone know what's going on with Orphan Audio?

I tried inquiring Orphan Audio about their Quad Eight pre-amp kits and I haven't received a reply. Also their website has a lot of broken links. Anyone know if they are still in business?

Haven't dealt with them in a while so they might not be around, but they took some time getting back to me when I got some stuff through them a few years back. Give it a little while. Their stuff is good quality and they also helped me out with some hard-ish to find schematics...

They seem swamped; too many irons in the fire. Kinda normal for a small and ambitious shop. Keep bugging them.

Spoke with Ken a couple of days ago to build a PSU for my Soundcraft, alive and well. Very busy tending to requests for the many product designs he has. Text his mobile, best bet.

Amazingly I was just at his house and had a great dinner by the pool and interviewed him for the mag. Orphan Audio is certainly in business, call them and check in if needed. Josie can help keep things on track - Ken is tackling so many things he's almost scattered! Keep an eye out for some Quad-Eight and Electrodyne products from him soon. The man knows his shit and is a wonderful resource, and any dropped communication on their part is simply an accident so be patient and check back in.

Can someone send me the phone number to Orphan Audio? I'm not sure if they are checking their e-mail.

Your first email arrived late last week, but have been on a family outing since then and just arrived back late this Sunday evening. Send a list of broken links and we will fix them (first broken links we have had reported in over a year, unless you are looking at our preview site that is not online yet)

Our preamp kits for QE and Electrodyne lineamps are ready to ship from stock and the new QE CA-727 dual preamp and Sphere M-1200 preamp kit will be shipping soon. Let us know what you need and we can supply it in short order.

Thank you,
