Has anyone seen/tried one of these? Fake D12? I'm kind of curious...

I've never heard of that company, but the mic looks right.
Re: Prodipe D12 copy???
Prodipe has no sales presence in the US. Their focus is in Europe.

Any idea about what people are saying about them?

Their stereo ribbon is the same thing I had Samar make me as a custom piece out of a pair of Stellar branded Chinese ribbons. I don't know anything else about their product line.

Re: Prodipe D12 copy???
Prodipe's initial microphone offering (TT1) received generally good reviews, especially at the price point.
A decent review here: https://www.soundonsound.com/reviews/prodipe-tt1
The TT1 is vaguely Sennheiser E835-ish visually.
It's a bit infuriating that they either can't or won't sell them in the US.

Re: Prodipe D12 copy???
Their distribution is kinda based in France. A year ago or so ago i tried to find out more...and found not much at all. It's available as part of a drum mic package and on it's own, not very expensive. I would be surprised if it is similar to the D12 because that capsule is elaborate and expensive to clone. (ask Jon Shinybox ) But i'm still curious enough to buy it just to check it out. And i already got half a dozend good kickdrum mics plus a few D12 originals and clones (don't ask, they are rarer than a 100% working original and these are already pretty rare). But as additional unneeded advice - stay clear of hungarian D12 "clones", even if Hungary was once part of the Austrian empire and DID share gear in broadcast with different lables and similar innards.
The Prodipe DRM-KD goes for 99€.

It's supercardioid, so another point against being an exact copy. But they got a distribution in the USA, they say:

Due to luck and circumstances i am offering a limited run of Beyerdynamic M380 clones with unused Beyer capsules. PM me for info.
