Not sure if this is the appropriate category to post this in. But I love Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Troubles' studio albums. If memory serves me right, all but their first album was engineered by Jim. (don't quote me on that though) I have read very little regarding him and his work. It would be cool if TapeOp did a piece on him. Do any of you have any thoughts on him or know of any more info? Thanks

Jim's a great guy. I've done quite a few records for him. Mostly blues stuff. Haven't seen him in a while. I think his website is www.gainesbluesandrock.com
