So I bought a new Macbook...
...and my Pro Tools and Wave bundle won't work. I was using a Windows machine in the studio, but I got fed up with it. So I've returned to Apple. I'll have to buy the PT 7.3 upgrade, but is there anyway to bypass paying Waves more money to use something I already bought? Failing that can you hook a friend up with suggestions/free plugin sites. I really only need a solid Comp/eq/reverb. thanks

hey donny,
you should really start with checking out steve massey's plugins. they are really awesome. http://www.masseyplugins.com/
this is another good resource for free plugins... the nomad factory bundle is my favorite here but i'm sure you'll find others you dig.
