I'm not sure I'm that excited about the rather pedestrian AT 8471, but it sure makes the 4050 a lot easier to use for a lot more purposes, which is a good thing around here.

A vintage Fisher Space Expander tube reverb unit from the early 60s. I understand this was the reverb King Tubby used to produce the first dub versions in the early 70s, and also the reverb used on the crazy keyboard sound on Del Shannon's 'Runaway' in 1961. Definitely needs tubes and a recap, the but the tank itself function fine.

Just finished collecting bits for a VO studio for my wife. Focusrite Saffire Pro 24 dsp, Triton FETHEAD, SM7b, Shure SRH440 phones, Monster gold mic cable, tabletop boom stand, and a couple of hard drives, video card, firewire card, wireless mouse kit and win7 64bit, to put a 9750 quad and 8 gigs of ram I had onhand back to work.

Just made arrangements to purchase a Seck 122 MkII mixer. Looks like it's primarily a live sound mixer, but has inserts to use as direct outs. Hopefully it will come in handy for mic pres and/or monitoring purposes.

Long time lurker here, just liquidated my studio due to an upcoming move and have ordered a minimalist setup i'm really excited about:
loaded api lunch box with two shadow hills mono gama pres, two alto moda am-20 parametric, and one alto moda hippo stereo buss comp.
Taking advantage of vintage king's free lunchbox offer.
Almost everything is in, just waiting on those am-20's.
For a console i'm working out getting my mitts on the toft atb 8.
Props to peter at v.k. for all the help.

Used Sennheiser E-602 (the original) just arrived today - can't wait to check it out on kick, etc., altho', honestly, I thought it sounded kinda cool on my voc!

Thanks, Mr. Nolan. 8)
