"Airtime" BLUE Mic

Always on the prowl for an interesting mic to pick up I see the BLUE Airtime mic and wonder if anyone has one or has used one. Or hear anything about it. I am curious how it compares to an RE20, 421, and SM7. (for use as a kick, bass guitar, guitar guitar, etc. mic)

I am in NO rush to purchase a mic...just making up a purchase list for this year.

I'm guessing vaporware, since the only picture I've ever seen is an artist's rendering. Given the mics its up against in that segment and at that price point, I'm not sure it's going to be all that impressive unless it does something special.

Sweetwater is now taking preorders for vaporware... looks pretty real to me.

a phantom powered dynamic, eh? i'd be interested to see what this mic sounds like.

oh so thats why the kickball, blue, etc where on blow out a little while ago.
My kickball is turning out to be more of a guitar or bass mike than anything else.
