Aphex 661 noise issue when knobs are touched

I have an Aphex 661 and it has an issue that if i touch (not turn) the knobs the sound increases tenfold until i touch them again (even with no input connected). anyone have this problem or have any ideas on how to fix this

Hey Craig, was this my Aphex I sold you? I don't ever remember this happening ever when I owned it..

Does it happen with or without the tube essence engaged, or the side chain feature?

no McPorkChoppy the Aphex you sold me works great! I use it all the time picked anouther one up really cheap and as long as i don't touch it it works (but what fun is that) i was not sure if it was worth fixing
