i got a tascam ms-16 1" and a studio master 16x8x2 board that are in mint condition with manuals and all the cables and three boxes of of tape still in the plastic for $20. It was sitting in the back of a screen printing shop that a friend of my brothers worked at and had been there when they bought the store and they said i could have it for $20 cause they just wanted the space. I'm still in shock.

i just don't understand transactions like this...like, why even charge 20 bucks? does someone need taxi money home that day or something? 20 bucks? i've heard people say "take it" "pay for moving it" but 20 bucks? who are these people? do they need pizza or a case of beer or something? i used pay 20 bucks to my kid to mow my lawn until he developed a directional problem of some sort (no it's not drugs)...and for this you got what amounts to a lot of a studio? amazing.
