The bummer is that I know that guy, and he's actually an alright dude. Wonder who he's getting his drugs from these days. Jeez. That's going too far.
i was disappointed to see that ad too. he actually runs a legit business making these acard based external scsi drives that allow you to use inexpensive high speed ide drives with standalone daws like the vs-1680. when i used to use a 1680, he was a really nice and helpful guy over on vsplanet.

too bad.
