That would be the reason, the higher bit and sample capture a better ambiance in sparce recordings and I do a lot of songwriter demos, Microphones?, I got an whole arse load of microphes, LD's MD's Dynamics, shotguns, PZM's..you name it, Soundelux, Rode, Sony, Cad's, Shures...great pre's, decent converters, why? you wanna buy one?
