Nevatons are Russian mics. Google can supply you with plenty of sources, but...

They look to be omni-directional. The power supply is more for feeding the tubes.

Yeah, I'd guess omni directional on the pattern. Capsule looks like a copy of the old CMV-3 from Neumann, and of course, the EF-12 tube is a replacement for the VF-12 tube in a U-47 (if you have the mic modified to accept them).
Unbalanced output isn't too much of a surprise since it looks like the company was mostly a radio manufacturer, and that might have been a mic for hobbyist radio operators? (Just a complete guess right there.)

But I suppose that if you already have the mic, the best thing to do is to turn it on and try it out.
