Room sounds good

Post by jebjerome » Thu Feb 10, 2005 11:22 pm

Sitting on the couch strumming guitar, I remembered a song I wrote 5 years ago or so that I had until now forgotten(which was cool in and of itself). I hadn't recorded acoustic guitar in the "control room" in a while- perhaps since I removed the raspberry, wall to wall carpet revealing decent hardwood floors. Anyway, set up a mic 5' from the couch to get down a song(vox/guitar), recorded and that mediocre Yamaha, and more apparently, the room, actually sounded good. Nice to discover.
