Looking to share Queens/North B'klyn rehearse/record space

I need a shared space to store my gear, rehearse my band, and record occasionally. I live in Astoria/Jackson Heights -- Anywhere in Western Queens and W'brg/G'point OK.

My gear is all in 3 6ru portable racks + a two small amps and a 3 or 4 guitars. Band is 4 piece rock band. I would take up little space and little time -- 1 night a week (after 6) or weekend 1/2 day, with the possiblility of bigger blocks of time when we're tracking.

At least 300 sq ft, but will consider smaller spaces. Budget is tight.
