Brooklyn Studio on the cheap - Paternity Leave 3/20-4/10

I'll be taking two or three weeks off for the birth of my first child from March 20 - April 10 or so!

Rather than let my studio, Let 'Em In, go to waste, I'd like to try and rent it out at stupid low rates. My normal day rental rate is $325, but I'll be chopping that in half if anyone's interested in booking a good block of days.

This could work nicely for a small-budget project requiring a large and beautiful-sounding live room. That is my hope at least. I'd love to make someone's day with this.

It's also possible this could turn into a longer-term share situation, depending on my aversion long hours post-baby?.
