I like to periodically crank up Never Enough off Mixed Up. Nice ear candy jam!

Today I listened to Army of Anyone, produced by Ezrin; nice big-rock sounds, too few good songs.

Also, Springsteen and the E's, Hammersmith, '75 , side 2, with Brooce azza jam band.

Finally, Marianne Faithful, Before the Poison, feat. Nick Cave's band and Polly Jean - this is so good, I gotta get her (MF's) new one.

OKAY, OKAY, OKAY. I'll give it another try.

On another note, my band mate left a CD of 60's era french covers of 60's era American songs in the band van. The french version of Knights In White Satin kills. Makes me want to dig out the baritone guitar again.

In a Lou Barlow mood lately. Not mood like him (kinda bleak, really), but mood for the music. If you haven't, check out an alternate take (demo maybe) of Confused and Refused (a Folk Implosion reject that rocks) on his website.

Also been laughing with Das Racist's Combination Pizza Hut & Taco Bell today.

Micachu, who I also happen to be going to see tonight. Can't wait. Her album, produced by Matthew Herbert, has been driving me crazy lately. So many amazing songs with so many amazing sounds.

Erwin Schulhoff.

His first string quartet is one of the greatest ever. Another sad casualty of Nazi cruelty.

I love that Nastasia CD, along with Dogs. I'm a hafta break those out.

Today is The Pearl Jam remix of 10, and a little later I shall go with The Bottlerocket's latest, and Marc Johnson's The Sound of Running (which has Metheny, Baron and Frisell onnit.)

And the latest cabinetpin.com 20th of the Month Challenge CD.
