I don't know any of their songs. I'm game though. LOL.
Howling at the neighbors. Hoping they have more mic cables.

Can you try listening to their music? If you like any of the tunes, let me know.

Maybe point me in a direction you like. I imagine they've been around a while.

As an aside, I am relistening to Killing Joke. For sad and recent reasons...

I’m not the OP, but if they’re on the same page as me, Wilco-wise, I’d tell you to start with Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, and then move on to A Ghost is Born, and Sky Blue Sky.Nick Sevilla wrote: ↑Mon Dec 04, 2023 10:02 amMaybe point me in a direction you like. I imagine they've been around a while.
Wilco does have a shit-ton of material out there, but those three records crush it (for me, anyway). And if anyone wanted to swap tracks to remotely cover some Wilco of that era… I’d be down to sing anything y’all wanna do.

Alex, I have recorded 5 Wilco covers so far in GarageBand. If you can tell me how to swap tracks, perhaps we could collaborate.alexdingley wrote: ↑Fri Jan 05, 2024 4:01 amI’m not the OP, but if they’re on the same page as me, Wilco-wise, I’d tell you to start with Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, and then move on to A Ghost is Born, and Sky Blue Sky.Nick Sevilla wrote: ↑Mon Dec 04, 2023 10:02 amMaybe point me in a direction you like. Which 5 songs did you record? I just PM'd you my email and a quick article that explains how you can easily send a GarageBand session to me via Email.

Hi Ampguy!
I’m not sure why, but I wrote a PM, though it won’t leave my outbox on the TOMB, so I’m guessing you haven’t seen it. I don’t PM in here much, so I’m not sure why it’s not working or how to fix that.
In the interest of time, Feel free to PM me and I’ll reply with the info I was trying to provide you.

Hi Alex, I saw a "delete message" from you.alexdingley wrote: ↑Thu Jan 11, 2024 3:53 amIn the interest of time, Feel free to PM me and I’ll reply with the info I was trying to provide you.
If it's nothing... then ok, if not, feel free to reply here.
Cheers

Re: Wilco cover band?
It was a test, I pm’d Ampguy, but it just showed as part of my “outbox”, didn’t seem to be in my sent box, so I tested it with you and it did the same thing, so I deleted it. The fact that you saw it makes me think I just misunderstood how the TOMB PM system works. Fingers crossed that AmpGuy sees my PM, because I’m pretty curious to hear what he’s done.Nick Sevilla wrote: ↑Thu Jan 11, 2024 8:09 amHi Alex, I saw a "delete message" from you.

According to someone on here, the PM stays in your inbox until it is read by the recipient.
I'll send you a test one... and you can reply to it.
