Kill-Devil
c. '10 Vlayman Produx

INTRO 4
Ride the longboat across the bay
The noise and stink guide you on yer way
All yer men and you and yer captain
Hit the island at the death of the day
CH: A tot o' the kill-devil
a shot o' the kill-devil
A tot o' the kill-devil
keeps ya goin'

Put the ha'pennies on the plank
Move yer boots to the Kingstown skank
Slide yer sword a litttle to the left
Look around and see those left standing
Pull the cork 'tween yer blackened teeth
Tilt yer head back and swaller neat
All you need is tasting sweet
Alive and sweet there on the landin'
CH: A tot o' the kill-devil
a shot o' the kill-devil
A tot o' the kill-devil
keeps ya from knowin'

SOLO 8
Stop

INTRO 4
20 dead on this here raid
And now yer back an ya jes' wanna get laid
Burial at sea but it was not yer time
And now yer back and ya jes' got paid

CH: A tot o' the kill-devil
a shot o' the kill-devil
A tot o' the kill-devil
keeps ya goin'
CH: A shot o' the kill-devil
a T ot o' the kill-devil
A shot o' the kill-devil
keeps ya from knowin'

Wow!

I just got compared to Jimmy "fookin' shaker-a-salt" Buffet on this here tune.

That was not a compliment. :x

Somebody, tell me it's not that bad.

Man, I gotta be honest. When I saw "do reggae" in the title I thought. "Shit, we're not one of those fucking 'eclectic' bands, are we?" But then I heard it and it didn't sound too different from our regular MO, so I depuckered.

Jimmy Buffet my ass. Top Jimmy maybe. Why can't we just sound like us, why does everybody have to sound like someone else?
Carl Keil

Almost forgot: Please steal my drum tracks. and more.

Whew!

I reckon it's natural to review by comparison.

I mean, ya do it with your lovers, pizza and TV shows prob'ly too.

But Jimmy "cheezburglar" Buffet - that's almost as bad as John "gargles" Mayer, or Jack "bubbly turds" Johnson ..

And, eh, congrats on the depuckerization.
