Acoustic Demo, Feedback Requested.

Just finished working on an short demo with a friend of mine. We chose to record in a spare room of my house for greater flexibility in our schedule. I just used some basic mics, close miced the guitar and tried to just use my ears as much as possible. I feel satisfied with how the whole thing came together. But I would love to get some critical feedback as far as mix quality and sound goes. If anyone's got the time take a listen to one of my favorite tracks from the project and let me know what you think.
