So, I've got this weirdo Delta Lab ADM 315 delay. It's a single-tap delay basically built for delaying speaker arrays. Neat box, but this one has never worked.I figured one of you guys might either be into trying to fix it or using the box for parts. It's a 1 rack space unit about 7" deep. There's an input knob, an output knob, a row of push-button selectors (like on the Effectrons), an XLR in and out, three 1/4" jacks, and a permanently attached power cable. There's schematic on top of the unit, should one of you want to try to actually fix it.
I can email you pictures. Make me an offer.

Sorry to hear that. I've got a Deltalab DL4 that's never worked either, but my friends in an electronic noise band borrowed it to play glitch solos at live shows. Pretty cool sounding in a random and un reproduceable way.
