Those NASA recorders don'T have audio electronics and often run at speeds other than what we in audioland use.

Yeah, I figured they were useless...but as some studio owners have some funny and often questionable things to pad their equipment list....as a marketing device, well.... as I said the angles are endless.

I actually could have used the "Dicky shaker" to shake some sense into some of the "talent" I've recorded in the past!
But all kidding aside the Tektronics O-scopes listed there could truly be useful....

Same seller has "Area 51" phones with stickers saying "do not discuss sensitive information" ... they MAY have come from Area 51... oooooOOOOOooooo I'm so impressed.
