This has been kind of fun, I put it up on a few other forums. I have $20.15 left in my paypal account, what do you have for me? :)

I've got shielded 10' RCA --> RCA stereo Monster Cable with gold connectors, New In Package! The stuff goes for about $20 on-line. $20 would get you 2 of them, shipped (I'm assuming you're in the USA).

Or it could get you a single (used) 10' 5-channel Calrad HDTV HARN snake, RCA-->RCA x 5, shipped.

Or, it could get you 10 7" low-torque reels of 1/4" radio tape, also shipped.

Or... that's all I can think of right now.

How about two Auralex LENRD bass traps that have some wear and tear on em'? They work the same as new ones, but don't look as pretty. You'd have to cover shipping/insurance though. JD!

A 1x24 1U TRS patchbay, or a funky 2x17 2U TRS patchbay.

Or raw snake cable of any number of pairs.

I think they're both worth slightly more than that, but this thread is totally entertaining enough to be worth the larf.

A DX-4D DBX unit that does not pass signal - but is a wonderful shade of brown. In fact, they don't even make that shade of brown anymore - it would be the coolest door jam ever or cheese platter.

Fomr what you said, it sounds like it's working more then perfectly. It's cutting noise (and everything else for that matter) down to 0 db! I would keep it.
