The case the pedal's on in the pictures is obviously not included. The one defect/nick/chip that I know about (a tiny scratch in the finish) is clearly visible in the first, second, and last picture just above the "G" in "Boomerang." As you can see comparing the first and second picture, it's pretty superficial - as the perspective is moved slightly, the light reflection off the finish can make the scratch obvious (picture 1) or practically disappear (picture 2).
