The Focusrite is gone, but the A77 is still for sale along with a newly listed Fostex B-16 with relapped heads.

I would take $400 for the A77 and $700 for the B16.
Shipping for either is probably around $150 because I would have to have it professionally packaged. Last time I tried to ship an E16 myself, I packaged it better than UPS or Fedex would package it, and UPS they still managed to destroy it by spearing it with a forklift. The ensuing fight with them to get it reimbursed is not something I wish to do again. Although ultimately they did pay.
