I like the Bowie-esque yelling. Nice sounding tune, well mixed. Where/how did you record this.

the first one 'walking in your shoes" was done at Pete Cummings studio in Hendersonville tn on a tascam 1/2 inch 8 track. everything was tracked right there in his living room with minimal micing.
the second one "very exciting" was done in my home studio using sonar

i like these. nice overall quality. if that means anything. umm. the recording works well, if you follow.

are those real drums on the first one? or a mix of drum machine and real cymbal. hard to tell. interesting...

nice songs really. the recording doesnt step on them.

Bwaaaah? I was so sure that was some slick drum machine. Yes, slick, but I liked them quite a bit. Not my kinda thing exactly but good songs, good songs... I would comment on the recording but it wouldn't be fair, I'm listening through some ultra-crap speakers right now... second song sounds a bit... quiet... so far, though.

"Walking in your shoes" is great. I like the drum sounds, too. I don't know if I'd want to hear a whole LP with drums like that, but it really works on this song.
Good job!
