hard disk. the piano was spaced cardioid C1000's into Daking 52270's into a G4 laptop's line-in jack. The gong and paper sounds were a Popov MK-14 (X-Y stereo) into Mackie into M-Audio Quattro.andrewh wrote:what did you record it to?
The broken piano is in my friend's basement. It's just the soundboard and strings of an upright. It leans against the wall inviting curious people. We made a recording of us playing it with a hacksaw blade, wire cutters, a rubber ball, and ?? else was around. This piece uses snippets of that session.
