indie pop from columbus ohio
Power pop! De-powered pop! Synths and jangly guitars and me, the midwestern-accented somewhat nasal vocalist and songwriter.

Hey those are pretty cool songs. I like Perfect day, and the first one (I forget what its called). What kind of synth are you using?

hehe yea... that song perfect day totally rules. absolutely hilarious lyrics (i'm kinda twisted like it), great music. i haven't had the chance to listen to all the tracks, but the other ones i heard were quite good too. overall really good mixes too.

Sounds good, a little like the local band Mrs. Children. Are you playing around town at all?
Re: indie pop from columbus ohio
Sort of They Might Be Giants-ish. I'd like more cheesy synth sounds a la Devo.

Not playing around town much- no public gigs anyway, haven't seen/heard mrs. children. I just moved here a little while ago and have yet to meet many people who are into the same sort of thing (musically). Oh well...

Quirky. I like quirky! It does have a They Might Be Giants quality, but "To the Airplane" reminds me of Built to Spill, especially the vocals. I don't see why this couldn't be successful, especially within that TMBG-BTS-Grandaddy vibe of music popular now. Maybe one day they'll be flockin' to that "Columbus Sound..."
