hey y'all, my band new black is going on a quick tour east, if you're in the neighborhood, please stop in and we can geek out on recording thereby alienating all of our friends, it'll be great - yes it will.

thanks for your time!

Hey--I'll try to get to the 10/1 Chicago show. Have fun at Mac's (I'm an MSU alum).

Meantime, anyone in East Dubuque, IL--I'll be playing with my brother's band Braintree on Saturday night (tonight, I guess) at Arena's Coliseum (is that what it's called?) at 136 Sinsinawa Ave. Y'all drop in!

i would go but i'm recording that night... nice photos of the electrical session you posted a while back, i enjoyed those. i've never actually heard earwig but i do have a live track of "the boy wonder jinx" covering one of their songs and it's one of my favorites (captured by lobsterman!) ever since i moved to cleveland i always wondered if i would catch a glimpse of them... at least they're still around.

good luck!

jca83-

awesome - do you have any contacts in nashville? we're curently booking a longer tour in october... i have no idea where we've sent stuff at this point. actually i take that back... uh, in your area we just sent stuff to 5 spot in nashville, old city java & pilot light in knoxville. (note i have no idea how far knoxville is from nashville - those are just the places in TN our booking agent had us send stuff to.) lemme know and i'll see if we can get in then. if not we'll crash on your couch ok? jk. or maybe not..... :)

thanks all for the kind words!

word.
