It appears so, since his thread title seems to indicate Seattle as a destination. IF I've read and understood it correctly.

I wonder tho if anyone has seen a plane ticket for this supposed venture?

Apparently it's all a big wind-up. He's going to settle. S-E-T-T-L-E. I dunno - like cloudy beer maybe? Or some dust? Who knows. Anyway, the main thing is that Seattle is off. He's not going anymore. That's the latest.

Oooppss! Sorry everyone. I was getting mixed up again. Wellnuts Boudoire is going to settle - yeah, settle its debts with a variety of creditors. It was about to go bump, or so they told me. In any case, Walnut Studios is not going to settle. Whether we can conclude from this that a Seattle trip is in the offing I have no idea. Sorry.

So he's going to trial, then? Has jury selcetion begun, or will it be a bench trial I wonder.. perhaps it will take place in Seattle? Very confusing, but as I said, these are troubled troubled times for all.
